Through donations from members of Sanrio's membership service "Sanrio+" and an equivalent sum donated by Sanrio, a total of 3.42 million yen was donated during the fiscal year ending March 31, 2024 to support the activities of the Japanese Red Cross Society and the UNHCR Association. The donations will be used to support international relief, humanitarian efforts, and reconstruction activities conducted by the Japanese Red Cross Society, as well as educational support for refugee children carried out by UNHCR.
