On August 2, 2023, Hello Kitty visited Karatsu Red Cross Hospital. Together with Harmonyland staff, Hello Kitty visited each hospital room and presented a gift to each patient. Everyone at the hospital warmly welcomed Hello Kitty and had a wonderful time. Hello Kitty asked the patients to please visit Harmonyland when they get well.
