In September 2022, we received the Tokyo Metropolitan Government's Director-General's Award from the Bureau of Industrial and Labor Affairs for the "Excellent Company Award for Employment of People with Disabilities" for the fiscal year 2022. The Excellent Company Award for Employment of Persons with Disabilities is a system implemented to create an environment in which persons with disabilities can play an active role in the workplace, as well as to raise awareness of the employment of persons with disabilities. The award is given to companies in Tokyo that have achieved the legally mandated employment rate of persons with disabilities and are actively working to develop the skills and improve the treatment of persons with disabilities.
