About Sanrio’s Value Creation Story
Inspired by our vision of "One World, Connecting Smiles.", we aim to create smiles for as many people as possible and spreading the circle of happiness even further afield as a global entertainment company.
What do we define as our “Foundation for Value Creation?” What kind of “Value Creation as Sanrio” do we offer society? And through what kind of “Investment Approach” and what kind of “Business Domain Expansion” shall this be achieved?
We mapped out the outline of Sanrio’s Value Creation Story by envisioning Sanrio’s future.
We have also set goals to achieve a market capitalization of 5 trillion yen, 10-year average operating profit growth rate over 10%, Triple GMV, 10% share of North American markets, and Sanrio time 300 billion hours/year by the fiscal year ending in March 2035.
To achieve these targets, we will continue to strengthen the foundation of value creation that we have cultivated, while promoting businesses that create both "familiar smiles" and "new smiles," and we will work to solve social issues through the value created in these businesses.
